By sponsor of Joost Luiten, Quick – Q1905, Geoffrey was commissioned to design the “Dutch” shirt for the KLM open. What Dutch number 1 golfer Joost Luiten will wear during the European Tour Golf.
Geoffrey traveled to Abu Dhabi to introduce the shirt to Joost. He wore the shirt during the qualifying in Abu Dhabi. And then throughout the European Tour Golf. Geoffrey: “It’s nice to see that your design is being worn at such an important tournament in different countries in Europe.”

Joost Luiten Special Edition – KLM open – European Tour Golf
The design was not just there. The assignment was to design a shirt which is clearly the Netherlands. Geoffrey based his first design on Dutch icons. Windmills, bridges, water and Amsterdam. A great design. But…. it was important that Joost Luiten felt comfortable in it while playing with utmost concentration. At his request, the design has been downsized to a simpler, quieter design. The version with the Rotterdam skyline, home of Joost, was special, incorporated in the colors of the flag. In which the reflection “in the water” was visible in blue. Unfortunately, this detail was not useful for B2C marketing. In the end, 7 versions passed by before we got there. But the end result should be there for sure. To be proud of!
